Jonathan & Irene
1980s – Our dads met in college — his dad’s motorbike broke down, her dad helped him get home, and boom — besties for life.
18 Oct 1998 – Baby Irene was born! Baby Jonathan came to visit — so technically, we met on day one.
2007 – One random Saturday, Irene’s dad visited Jonathan’s dad and found the perfect land for a future home.
Jan 2008 – Irene’s family moved… right across from Jonathan’s! (Fate? We think yes.)
31 Dec 2019 – Just another New Years Eve at Jonathan’s (like we did every year) — but this time, we actually talked.
2020 – Covid era: Irene kept visiting because she was stuck at home… but only for Jonathan’s sister and friends (so he thought).

Dec 2021 – Our first Bali trip together! Jonathan confessed his feelings… and got friendzoned.
May 2022 – Back in Bali. Somewhere between the sunsets and laughter, we realized— this isn’t just friendship anymore.
25 May 2024 – He put a ring on it! Surrounded by their closest friends and family, the proposal was everything she had dreamed of.
9 June 2024 – Tingjing day—our whole families met for the first time.
14 Sept 2025 – Sangjit day + our holy matrimony in the temple.
28 Sept 2025 – We’re getting hitched! See you at the party!
